What your course will cover:
As the techniques are very simple they can easily be fitted into anyone’s daily life and when appropriate can lead the user into a meditative state. The variety of techniques will give you the option of choosing what suites you. Some of the techniques we will be practicing will include breath awareness, feeling awareness, quick and easy tension release, postural wareness and walking meditation.What you can hope to achieve:

What to bring/wear:
- Pen & Paper
- Blanket & pillow
- Dress comfortably – loose warm clothing & socks to keep feet warm
- Tea & coffee will be provided
Important Information:
- Children must not accompany adults to Adult Education classes.
- Classes are not held on public holidays – as extra class will be added
the waiting list.
