Power Yoga for Men

Power yoga is a dynamic form of yoga working on strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This course, aimed specifically for men, would work well in combination with other sport activities.

Course description

Prerequisites

  • basic level of fitness recommended

What to bring/wear

  • yoga mat
  • bottle of water
  • wear loose comfortable clothing

Please note this class is conducted barefoot

Important information

  • children must not accompany adults to Adult Education classes
  • access to some classrooms at this venue is via a set of stairs. If this may cause you a problem, please call 6336 2802 to discuss further
